What is TENS?
TENS is an acronym which is Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation.

How does TENS work?
Using TENS is simple and easy, you simply place electrodes on the skin, increase the intensity to the desired intensity which is comfortable and an electronic pulse stimulates the underlying nerve fibres.

Does the machine come with instructions?
Yes, your quality TENS and TENS/EMS machines come complete with detailed instructions. As well as these, you can find detailed instructions on this web site here. Our friendly staff are just a phone call (or email) away for any further questions you may have.

Can I get a refund from my health fund?
Yes. Most Private Health Insurance funds give rebates. See section under private health rebates

How many channels does the your tens machine have?

All our Tens Machines have 2 channels, which will generate 2 electrodes per channel, both channels have alternate intensity levels.

How many programs does the MT11 tens machine have?
It has 5 easy to use programs 2 Burst, 2 Modulation and 1 Constant

How many channels and or programes does the MK111 tens/ems machine have?

The MK111 has 2 channels and 12 programs

How long to the batteries last in your tens machine?
Our batteries last 6 months, some of the older analogue machines will last 2 hours. 

What happens if my tens machine stops working?
In the unlikely event that your TENS machine stops working we will replace the machine as long as it is still under warranty.

What is the warranty of the tens machine?

We give 2 years warranty on all our TENS Machines and that’s new for old replacement.

If I buy a cheap tens machine from overseas, what happens when it breaks down?

You will need to send it back to the company overseas which is costly, if our tens machine breaks down we replace it, as long as it has not been wet or misused and is within the warranty period.

Does the tens machine have the modes that will assist with my problems?

Our tens machines range from 5 modes to 12.

If I buy an overseas or cheap tens machine will I be able to buy new electrodes in Australia?

Maybe!!!!!!

Can I buy replacement tens electrodes?

Yes, they start at $20.00 for 5cm x 5cm and standard postage starts at $7.60.

Is the tens machine analogue or digital?
All our tens machines are digital.

Does the tens use 9 volt or aa batteries?

Our tens uses ordinary aa batteries.

Is the tens machine registered with the Therapeutic Goods Administration?

Yes, Our tens is registered with the TGA.
